Back from the North

8 hours of reconnaissance, 20 hours of driving.

That pretty much summed up my trip to Chapleau. I left there at 820 am this morning, and arrived home at 9pm. I stopped over at my mom's place to have a rest and dinner, but for the most part my day consisted of driving.

The trip up there was a bit of a mystery. They wanted to know where they should put their new well. Instead of picking a general location (i.e. put it on this plot of land), they wanted to know where exactly to put it on the property they already have three wells on.

That's a little specific, but should be no problem.

Other stuff: Chapleau is a nice small town way up north near Wawa. It was an old logging town that has a major CP rail yard splitting the town down the middle. Not a lot of amenities, except of course a beer store and liquor store. ;) The people were friendly enough, and the hotel I stayed at was clean. The only problem was that it was at the end of a highway, not at a crossroads, so there is little to no highway industry, just tourism.

Anyways.
